This is Jasper the latest creation from Moments Designs.

I was invited to do another test for Liz on her new design and thoroughly enjoyed it ๐Ÿ˜Š

This foldover style bag appeals to both guys and gals and if you’re in a rush, no need to unfold the top, you can access your items quickly using the secret back door! There is a simple slip pocket just inside the back door for the things you need to grab quickly whilst on the go. There is always the option of adding more pockets of course to suit your needs.ย

There are three different choices for the exterior included within the pattern, fabric with an accent strip, all fabric or faux leather with the accent bottom. However these options are limited only by your imagination. The combinations created by the testing team were just incredible, there was cork, faux leather, waxed canvas, denim, cotton…the possibilities are endless!

I’m so happy with my version, I used a dark red faux leather/vinyl with white accents. The lining was black so I couldn’t get very good pictures, but with Liz’s genius techniques the lining is always a great fit with no sagging.ย

My strap was fun to make, I decided last minute to use both the red and white faux leather and I’m so glad I did as I love the effect. The strap is adjustable and can be made to whatever length you need.

The inside is a great size, it will fit a small laptop/notebook computer or an A4 (US Letter) sized notepad, so versatile.ย

This was such a fun sew with lots of new techniques for me to learn and I will definitely be making more.ย

If you would like to make your own, you can get the pattern here. I hope you enjoy making her as much as I did ๐Ÿ˜Š

Happy Sewing ๐Ÿ’œ xxx๐Ÿ’œ
